Tomales Village Community Services District
Tomales Village Community Services District(TVCSD) is a government agency dedicated to operating and maintaining the local waste water treatment system for the village of Tomales, California. The district also maintains and operates our local community park.
The Village of Tomales is located in the northwest corner of Marin County, California. Founded in 1850, the village has a steady population of about 200. Within it's boundaries are two churches, two schools, the school district headquarters, and numerous small businesses. The town is surrounded by agricultural lands, much of it protected from development by Marin Agricultural Land Trust. The land is mainly used for the raising of livestock.

Notice of Budget Hearing, May 22, 2013 at 6:00pm at the Tomales Town Hall
There will be a public hearing to discuss and have a preliminary vote on the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 TVCSD Budget. A final vote will be held at the June 12 Board of Directors Meeting. All interested parties are welcome.
Tomales Park Work Days, June 8th and 9th, 9am-3pm.
We will hold two work days at the Tomales Park to ready the site for our upcoming fund raiser, Party in the Park. Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Please bring gardening tools such as rakes and hand tools.
June Board Meeting
Our next board meeting will be held on Wednesday June 12th at 6pm at the Tomales Town Hall.
Third Annual Party in the Park, Sunday July 7, 2013.
Our third annual fund-raiser for our community park will be held on July 7, 11am-5pm. This is also an opportunity for local non-profits to raise funds. A wide variety of food and beverages will be available as well as a used book sale. A live and silent auction will be held in the afternoon. We are looking for donations for both of the auctions and books for the book sale. Contact any Board member for auction donations and books can be dropped off at Mostly Natives Nursery during business hours. Last year's event was a huge success. This year's proceeds will be used to replace our aging gazebo. Here's a gallery of last year's event.
