The wastewater utility industry is undergoing major changes driven by a mix of external influences. Likewise parks, such as our own Tomales Community Park, face funding challenges. The Strategic Plan is intended to ensure TVCSD can adapt to these changes and provide high-quality, efficient wastewater utility service and a sustainable Park. The Tomales Community Park not only serves Tomales residents, but is a regional asset to Northwest Marin County.

TVCSD is a government agency dedicated to operating and maintaining the local waste water treatment system for the village of Tomales, California. The district also maintains and operates our Tomales Community Park.
